Do you offer setup or teardown services?All of our planning and coordination packages include 'light setup/teardown'. This covers the setup/teardown of the welcome table, guest name tags, seating chart, and table numbers. Additional setup or teardown services can be added to any package. Add-on pricing varies depending on the scope of work, ensuring you only pay for what you need.

How much do your wedding and event services cost?Our pricing varies depending on the specific services you require. Starting prices are listed under each service description on our website. If you're unsure about which service you need or want a combination of services, please contact us to create a custom proposal tailored to your needs.

What is the difference between partial and full wedding planning?Full wedding planning starts from the very beginning of your planning journey. We assist with vendor recommendations, venue searches, and budget planning, providing a comprehensive and hands-on experience. Partial planning begins midway through your planning process, usually after you've selected your vendors. We take over communication and planning, while you manage the budget and contracts.

Are wedding rehearsal services included in my planning package?Over the past few years, we've observed a decrease in the number of rehearsal dinners hosted by our couples. To ensure our packages remain as cost-effective as possible, we’ve opted not to include a rehearsal fee in our Partial Planning or Day-Of Management packages. However, rehearsal coordination is included in our Full Planning package and can be added to either of the other options for an additional fee, starting at $350.

What is your payment structure for wedding and event services?For our wedding and event services, we require a 20% non-refundable retainer when you sign the contract. This fee secures your event date in our calendar. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event. We accept debit, credit, and cash payments.

Whether you need help from the start of your planning journey or just need someone to jump in closer to your wedding day, we are here to ensure the process is stress-free and enjoyable. Who are your business services best for?While we love collaborating with businesses of all kinds, our true passion lies in supporting small business owners and fellow event vendors. Our business services offer a more cost-effective solution for those who may not yet be ready to partner with an agency or commit to an annual contract.

What business services do you offer?We offer a comprehensive range of business services, including branding, website & POS creation, and event planning.
